The Bedford
The Bedford by Martha Stewart is expected to open its doors during the spring of 2022. The concept behind this new restaurant will be Stewart’s legendary country farmhouse in Bedford, New York. This would be Stewart’s first-ever restaurant in Las Vegas and will seat around 194 customers at full capacity.
Stewart is very excited about the partnership and is all praises for Caesars Entertainment. She says that the casino operator has been very professional and is working hard to develop the restaurant in time for spring. Stewart wants The Bedford to be a true reflection of the Martha Stewart brand. The look and feel of the restaurant will truly reflect what it is like to eat at her home farm.
Stewart also says that the design and decor of the restaurant will deliver the aesthetic of her brand while the menu will have all the delicious food that she serves her friends and family. Caesars is very supportive of the restaurant and says that Stewart and her team of culinary experts will be serving some of the best meals in Vegas. The focus will be on seasonal dinner menus and weekend brunches. There will also be holiday menus since the restaurant will be focusing on a tourist crowd.
Under Development
However, there are some aspects of the new restaurant that is still being worked on. One of these is putting together a signature menu item for the restaurant. Every big restaurant needs specialties that customers should come in just to order. That’s something that will be finalized in the coming weeks. For now, they are focusing on sourcing ingredients from local suppliers that Stewart favors. This includes the Las Vegas Farmers Market, Urbani Truffles, D’Artagnan and Roe Caviar.
Senior vice president of Paris Las Vegas, Jason Gregorec said he is very happy about this development and promises guests that they will be treated to a unique Martha Stewart experience when the Bedford finally opens its doors in Las Vegas!
