The real money games have been made available as a result of the content partnership deal signed in March between the state’s monopoly operator, BetRivers, and the popular provider of live games, Evolution.
Initially, the March agreement only covered slots from the developer’s subsidiary studios.
However, the new contract expansion now allows residents to access a rich selection of live dealer casino games starting July 2.
Three Online Casinos Offering Live Dealer Games
Evolution’s live games are now ready to be enjoyed at all three online casinos available in Delaware: Delaware Park Casino, Bally’s Dover Casino Resort, and Harrington Raceway & Casino.
All three employ the BetRivers platform.
Evolution has announced the starting lineup will feature their most popular casino table titles, including Roulette with the Lightning Roulette variant, Baccarat, Blackjack including Infinite Blackjack, Craps, and Casino Poker, with Three-Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold ’em on top of the list.
For the time being, the roster of live games does not include any of the provider’s iconic game shows like the freshly released Crazy Time. Nonetheless, this may change in the future, with titles like Crazy Coin Flip and Crazy Time expected to be also streamed from Evolution’s studio in Pennsylvania.

He also spoke about the “huge anticipation” surrounding the arrival of their live online games in the state, especially since March 2024 onwards when real money online slots were launched, given the popularity that their “unique and innovative live games” are known for.
Larger online casino states require Evolution’s studios to be located within the state. This means that, for each new game launch, the developer would have to invest in a separate studio for each state.
In return, smaller states like West Virginia and Delaware could potentially get access to anything available in the larger states.
