Summary
- Casino employees state this is not uncommon behavior.
- The woman is seen talking on her mobile and spinning the reels as she urinates.
- It is unclear what action would be taken by a casino if this occurred.
A trip to the casino usually means a night or day filled with drinking, good food, and slot machines. You may hit the table games a time or two, but most players sit at the slots hoping to trigger a jackpot. Some players will sit at a slot machine for hours and not move, thinking they will eventually hit the big prize. This can be a major problem for some, as sitting for hours means no bathroom breaks. For a select few, it means urinating on the casino floor.
Female Avoids Leaving Slot for the Bathroom
Who says you need to go to the restroom to urinate? One female gambler recently just sat in her slot chair and used the bathroom on the casino floor. A Twitter video is going viral, showing a female gambler at a slot, dressed nicely, with a large bag and talking on her cell phone. All seems fine until the camera pans down, and you see something leaking from underneath her.
It appears the women decided to skip the walk to the bathroom and stay seated at the slot instead. Former casino workers even commented on the clip, stating it is not uncommon for this to happen on the casino floor.

Some players even go so far as to wear diapers so they do not have to leave the game they are playing for hours. Apparently, those who are dedicated to earning a win will stop at nothing to stay at the same slot for hours on end. Some employees even said they would work a 12-hour shift, and the same people would remain in one spot for their entire shift.
Players do not want to leave a machine after feeding money into it because it could hit. It is common for a player to walk away only to see the next person sit down at the same game and win big. Does the Casino Act On this Behavior?
If adults use the bathroom on the casino floor, it seems employees or at least the higher-ups would do something about it. There do not appear to be any specific rules covering this type of behavior because who actually wants to pee on the floor in a public place?
While casinos may not have rules in place, there are local laws that people must adhere to. In most places, urinating or defecating in a public place is illegal. Anyone who does so is subject to a fine or prison time.
A person who does this is charged with a misdemeanor and can face up to $2,000 in fines. The fine amount and potential prison time are subjective to the event’s location.
